For most Malaysians, English is not their first language and as is with any other secondary language one may learn mistakes are bound to be made, typically in terms of phonetics and phonology. But that's what makes Manglish unique, isn't it?
An amusing screenshot taken by a food delivery rider has made its rounds online, where his customer made an odd request: a chicken "taik" to be exact. The rider asked for a clarification in which he replied the same. It took him a while to comprehend that the customer was meant to say "thigh".

Jokes aside, mistakes like this are pretty common and as much as it is tempting to laugh at, we should never ridicule someone's attempt in speaking another language. What a cheeky mistake nonetheless and hey, it made our day!
