Thinking that it is hard to make tasty barbecued chicken at home? If you're thinking about grilling, then you're wrong! You could cook the barbecued chicken by using a rice cooker. Simple as that!
Here're the ingredients you need:
1. Boneless chicken
2. Ginger slices
3. Garlic
4. 2 spoons of barbecue sauce
5. 1 spoon of oyster sauce
6. 1 spoon of dark soy sauce
7. 1 spoon of soy sauce
8. 1 spoon of honey
9. 1 spoon of cooking alcohol
10. Salt
Steps:
1. Mix all sauces with the boneless chicken, marinate for 1 hour.
2. Put some cooking oil in the rice cooker.
3. Place the ginger slices at the bottom then place the marinated chicken on top.
4. Pour in all sauces.
5. Press the cooking button.
6. After 15 minutes, turn the chicken to the other side.
7. Wait for another 15 minutes then switch off the rice cooker.
8. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
9. Enjoy!
The original recipe used pork instead of chicken. Y'all may modify the recipe by choosing your own preference.
