There's something psychopathic about finding joy in witnessing the death of animals and openly admitting it.
It all started when a user on Twitter posted about wanting to join a reptile lover community in Malaysia and hoping to set new connections with like-minded individuals who share the same interests as hers. To her horror, someone responded with quite a harrowing statement: "My friend and I always go for free kitten adoption (or rabbit) for our snakes."
But it didn't stop there. When concerned users started calling him out, he went further to admit that he actually enjoyed witnessing the excruciating torment the kittens would go through while his snake devoured them. He also admitted to lying about the kittens to their previous owners, often telling them the kittens died of Sporo disease so they would get off his back.
Twitter users were appalled and many have condemned his acts. While others argued that it's simply a part of the snake's food chain, concerned animal lovers clarified that while it is not any less cruel, rats and mice are more suitable as opposed to feeding a snake with kittens from actual cat owners who had expectations that their beloved kittens would be greatly taken care of.
Fortunately, someone has reported the individual for animal cruelty and the report is currently under process.
