Ingredients: rice (depending on personal consumption), kimchi, sliced pork belly, onions, garlic, eggs

Seasoning: a spoonful of Korean chilli sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of sugar

Steps: 

1. Cook the right amount of rice. Slice the pork belly, onion and garlic. Fry the kimchi for later use. 

2. Prepare a flat pan without putting in any oil. Put the sliced ​​pork belly and fry it until golden brown on both sides. You don’t need to add oil to fry the pork belly because the pork belly itself will release oil after being fried.  

3. Pour in the sliced ​​onion and garlic and fry until soft.
