The SKK is an incentive under the Rahmah Cash Contribution program within the MADANI Budget. Managed by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDNM) in collaboration with Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), this information is crucial for all Rahmah Cash Contribution recipients, as the SKK incentive aims to streamline matters in the unfortunate event of a recipient's demise.
Eligibility for Additional Assistance:
- Malaysian citizens
- Recipients of Rahmah Cash Contribution in the household category, unmarried elderly citizens (without a partner)
- Deceased within the years 2023/2024
- SKK assistance can be claimed by heirs registered by the applicant or the deceased applicant's spouse
- Spouses who are (Non) Malaysian citizens are not eligible for SKK
- Heirs registered in the Rahmah Cash Contribution application form only.
How to Apply for Additional SKK Assistance:
For eligible cases (deceased), heirs can claim the one-off RM1000 SKK. To facilitate the verification process, heirs need to provide essential documents such as:
- Copy/original death certificate issued by the National Registration Department (JPN)
- Copy/original identification card or birth certificate of the heir
- Documents proving blood relation between the heir and the deceased.
Claim Date for SKK Assistance in 2024:
Claims for Rahmah Cash Contribution recipients who passed away between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023, can be made until January 31, 2024.
