It means you have to apply & blend colourful pastel hues like purple, green, etc. (instead of your own skin tone) to CANCEL your blemishes.
So, green hue on the redness of your skin will make it disappear! Don't worry, it's really simple.
If you don't feel like investing in a CC palettes, creams, or crayons, just use a cream lipstick. It works the same!
Find Your Shade
First, get yourself the right shade depending on your different blemishes.

- Dark circles/spots, fair to light tone: salmon
- Dark circles/spots, light to medium tone: peach
- Dark circles/spots, medium to dark tone: orange
- Dark circles/spots, dark to deep tone: red
- Dullness/ sallowness: lavender
- Redness: green
- Mild stubborn redness / age spots: yellow

Step 1- Prime
For long-lasting coverage, always start with a good amount of primer on your face.

Step 2- Colour Correct
Apply the CC concealer on the your blemishes & blend with a small concealer brush for seamless texture. Watch the tutorial below.

Step 3- Cover
Use foundation with at least medium coverage, not just some sheer formula. Stipple your usual amount evenly across your forehead, cheeks, nose & chin.

Step 4- Conceal
Use a concealer on the corrected parts & gently blend out with a makeup sponge.

Step 5- Bake
Dip your fluffy brush/ beauty blender into powder & sweep it over your skin. And you're done!
