During the trial of the sexual abuse case involving Pencetus Ummah (PU) Azman Syah Alias, the seventh witness, a 46-year-old woman who had been the victim's former teacher and religious instructor, testified that the accused had engaged in oral sex with the victim. According to her statement, the teenager disclosed this information during a meeting that took place last year.

"To the best of my recollection, the victim told me that PU Azman asked him to perform oral sex on him until he ejaculated. Additionally, the victim also said that he was asked to kiss PU Azman," she said while giving her testimony before Judge Datin Surita Budin at the Sessions Court here on Wednesday.

She expressed her unwavering trust in the victim, emphasizing that he would never deceive his teacher, which led her to believe wholeheartedly in the truth of his words. This deep trust in the victim made her feel a sense of responsibility to be actively involved in the case, especially since she was the one who introduced the victim to PU Azman.

In a revealing revelation, she disclosed that her own child had also become a victim of the accused when the lecturer visited their home. This personal connection to the situation further fueled her determination to seek justice for both victims involved.

"When the incident happened, I was at my relative's house, but my child told me about the sexual incident and urged me to come back," she said.  "At first, I didn't believe what my child said, and at the same time, I didn't believe that PU Azman would do such a thing." 

Nevertheless, the witness emphasized that her trust in her child outweighed her trust in PU Azman, prompting her decision to return home. Additionally, she revealed that her child had also informed her about another friend who had suffered even more severe sexual abuse at the hands of the accused. This distressing revelation further solidified her concern and determination to be with her child during this difficult time.

The trial, commencing on July 24, is set to feature a total of 26 witnesses.

On October 12, 2022, PU Azman faced charges of physically sexually abusing two teenage boys in February and July of the preceding year. The accused was charged with five counts, as per the allegations, involving indecent acts that were excessively directed towards two male teenagers aged 16 and 17.

The offenses were committed in the bathroom and living room of a house in Taman Tiara Sendayan in Nilai on July 6th last year.

Additionally, PU Azman faces seven more charges related to sexual offenses against two children and one teenager at the Shah Alam, Klang, and Ampang Courts.
