Our Malaysian Obstacle Race Sports' athlete, Mohd Redha Bin Rozlan posted a quick tour of the 2023's SEA Games athletes village in Cambodia in a one minute and 30 seconds TikTok video.
The video starts with a view from the building foyer before we are led to the athletes room. Narrated by Redha himself, the room sports a cozy interior with adequate space and amenities. The room is also equipped with a spacious balcony and a breathtaking view of the stadium.
In his comments, a few Cambodian citizens left heartwarming messages welcoming Malaysian athletes to their country, which makes the video all the more significant.
Despite criticism of subpar conditions and below satisfactory venues, the country of Cambodia sure has been trying their best to provide comfort and convenience to athletes from the neighbouring countries.
