Using specialized tools, the firefighters carefully opened the car door and successfully rescued the child. Operations Director Ismail shed light on the circumstances, revealing that the car's engine was running when they arrived.

The boy's mother had left him in the car to attend to errands nearby, only to return 20 minutes later to find him still asleep and trapped inside the vehicle. Members of the public had initially intervened by trying to forcefully open the car doors but to no avail. Thankfully, the boy was rescued in time.
