In a disturbing incident in Penang, a pair believed to be a disabled (OKU) husband and wife were caught on camera engaging in erratic behavior, attempting to harm several motorcyclists on the Second Penang Bridge.

The female passenger, riding in the emergency lane, is accused of intentionally targeting other riders sharing the same lane. The duo, equipped with a rope, was observed making repeated attempts to swing and kick at motorcyclists in the lane.

The incident quickly went viral on social media, with many locals claiming that both individuals held OKU cards.

Adding to the narrative, one of the victims took to Facebook to recount the attack that transpired on Monday.

Expressing the danger posed by the rider's actions, Faizul Jojoe stated, "I got sand in my face. Luckily, I could endure it; otherwise, I would have kicked your bike."

A previously surfaced video showed the OKU couple engaging in a similar act, with the wife seemingly wielding a knife against motorcyclists attempting to approach them.

No official statement has yet been issued by the authorities concerning the incident.
