Local brand Saoi has been marred by drama following its Hari Raya sale at RIUH In The City.
The first day of the event- which took place yesterday- saw a long line of customers patiently waiting to grab their hands on the brand’s well-known chic selection of baju kurung and accessories.
The wait, however, quickly unraveled to chaos after customers complained about poor management due to the huge crowd present.
According to a TikTok user, she had been waiting in line as early as 2pm but wasn’t able to enter the showroom even eight hours later.
Saoi has since issued an apology regarding the incident via their Instagram stories, imploring customers that they’re doing the best to make up for it.
