It's good, easy to make, healthy, guilt-free and it's the perfect base for a speedy pizza. Tortilla wrap pizza would definitely the perfect lunch/dinner when you need something quick and delicious. You can always go for the healthy range wrap (Reduced Carb, Chia, and Quinoa.) for a more healthy meal.
I will be sharing three Tortilla pizza flavors that you can easily make at home, follow the steps and fix your pizza cravings now!
(A) Hawaiian Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients:

1. 1 Tortilla Wrap
*Can choose wholewheat or low carbs tortilla for " healthier" option*
2. 1 Tomato paste/ puree / sauce
3. Some sliced hams
4. Some cubed Pineapples
5. A handful of lettuce / Rocket
*Can add any veggie toppings (onion. capsicum, mushroom) you like as well*
6. Pizza Cheese as much as you like
7. Pinch of black peppers & parsley herbs
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 180-degree c.
2. Evenly spread the tomato paste/ puree on the tortilla wrap.

3. Lay the ham slice, pineapple, vegetable topping, and pizza cheese over the tortilla.
4. Spray a bit of oil or use a baking paper on the baking tray, then put the tortillas into the oven to bake for about 15 minutes (depending on how hot your oven is), until the cheese has melted and the tortilla edges are browned are crisp.

5. Season it with the black peppers & parsley herbs
(B) Mushroom Veggies Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients:
1. 1 Tortilla Wrap
*Can choose wholewheat or low carbs tortilla for " healthier" option*
2. 1 Tomato paste/ puree / sauce
3. Some sliced mushrooms
4. Some sliced capsicums
5. Some sliced tomatoes
6. A handful of lettuce / Rocket
7. Pizza Cheese as much as you like
8. Pinch of black peppers & parsley herbs
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 180-degree c.
2. Evenly spread the tomato paste/ puree on the tortilla wrap.
3. Lay the veggies, mushroom, tomatoes, capsicum and pizza cheese over the tortilla.

(C) Mixed Seafood Tortilla Pizza

4. Some cubed cherry tomatoes

10. Pizza Cheese as much as you like
11. Pinch of black peppers & parsley herbs
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 180-degree c.
2. Evenly spread the tomato paste/ puree on the tortilla wrap.
3. Lay the vege, mushroom, tomatoes, capsicum and pizza cheese over the tortilla.

TIPS: spray the tortilla pizza with little water/oil if it's too dry or the temperature is too high and prevents the pizza burn.
