As we all know the reopening of the Singapore-Malaysia borders on the 1st of April was the most happening and hyped up event of the year! Not only were there rows of cars lining up at the Woodlands Checkpoint causing a massive traffic jam at 12am on the 1st of April, but Malaysian were also seen running across the border happily as soon as it reopened!
Recently, a young Singaporean couple (@sgpikarchu) joined in the fun of travelling to Malaysia but they made their journey extra unique. They decided to drive to Malaysia from Singapore with their Tesla on autopilot and later continue past KL to the northern states in Malaysia. They documented their journey on TikTok and their video have gone viral!
In the video, it is clear that the driver is not really steering the car, it is moving on its own based on the location marked by the driver on the built-in advanced navigation system. It is MINDBLOWING!

The TikToker also included a video stating that if you need to charge your car you can use the PlugShare app which is what they normally use when looking for chargers in the area.
