Are you a mushroom lover? If you are, then enoki mushroom is definitely one of your favorites! This spicy enoki mushroom is low in calories so if you're dieting now, make sure to add this dish into your meal!
Here're the ingredients you need:
1. Enoki mushroom
2. Minced garlic
3. 1 spoon of chili powder
4. 1 spoon of white sesame
5. 1 spoon of cumin powder
6. 1 spoon of cumin
7. 1 spoon of soy sauce
8. 1 spoon of oyster sauce
9. 1/2 spoon of sugar
Steps:
1. Cut and wash the enoki mushroom. Keep it aside.
2. Spread oil on a cooking pan.
3. Put in the minced garlic and the enoki mushroom afterward.
4. Fry till it's dry.
5. Add the chili powder, white sesame, cumin powder, cumin, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar in the pan.
6. Fry for 3 minutes.
7. Enjoy!
