Malaysian Police are currently tracking down witnesses who may have any information regarding the discovery of the corpse of a half-naked woman, suspected to be a brutal murder victim at the Sungai Kandis water lock waste trap.
The unidentified body was found at 10.40 AM yesterday, and according to the Shah Alam District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Baharudin Mat Taib, the woman appeared to be wearing a black singlet and while her pants were suspected to have been used to tie up her hands.
"Besides that, we found a red stone ring on her left ring finger, and she was estimated to be about 150 centimeters in height, gray hair, and sparse teeth,“ Baharudin added. "The victim is believed to have died about seven days ago and there were no external physical injuries."
Based on the results of the preliminary investigation, the case is now being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code. Lastly, the police urge the public with any helpful information related to the victim or case to can channel it to the case investigating officer, Assistant Superintendent Shazrin at 03-55202022 to help assist in the investigation.
