From yoga to pilates and now run clubs?
Oh, it's true! It has officially, become a thing.
If you're confused, run clubs are basically a group of people meeting at one specific location, to, well, run together!
Just right here in Klang Valley, you can find up to at least 10 run clubs to join for free and switch that fitness journey back on.
But we've broken down, the top 6! Take a look:
1. Brand New Waves Running Club
At Brand New Waves Running Club, runners of all abilities are welcome, regardless of experience level.
Every Thursday night, they hold runs, generally in TTDI or other locations in KL - a fantastic opportunity to see the city and stay active!

2. Journey Run Club
The Journey Run Club is ideal for new runners or anyone wishing to gradually resume jogging & running. They get together for weekly runs at Sri Hartamas Park every Monday at 8:15 p.m.
Simply turn up registration or prior experience are not required! It's a laid-back and friendly approach to begin moving, with three distinct speed groups so you can find the perfect match regardless of your skill level.

3. Godspeed
The Godspeed Running Club has weekly run sessions but besides this they, occasionally organise team-ups and runs where you may run with other runners, socialize over food and beverages, and meet like-minded individuals.
You can join by sending them a direct message introducing yourself, attending one of their events, or getting recommended by an already-existing member.

4. ASICS Running Club Malaysia
ASICS Running Club is an inclusive running group led by experienced runners.
Weekly training plans made by runners for runners with the aim of assisting you in reaching your own objectives. ASICS Running Club promises fun running sessions that are designed to help you achieve your personal best. It offers a variety of training options that are catered to each runner's unique needs.

5. Kelana Jaya Run Club
Every month, the Kelana Jaya Run Club organises many run sessions in various parts of KL and PJ. Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of experience level, and the best part? It's free!

6. Mont Kiara Running Club
The Mont Kiara Running Club unites a dynamic mix of foreigners and locals who love running for its social and competitive components. The club gets together on a regular basis to go for runs around the roads and beautiful trails around Bukit Kiara, as well as the Mont Kiara and Hartamas districts.
They run on Sunday mornings and Wednesday and Thursday evenings; on other days, smaller group runs take place.
