In a shocking incident at a local store in Johor Bahru, a customer reportedly physically assaulted a cashier, as captured on the store's CCTV. The victim, who is reportedly pregnant, was attacked after a dispute over an order.

According to the victim, 25 year old Zuriani Mahmood's police report, the incident unfolded when the customer, upon having her orders rung up, requested to forfeit one of the items. The cashier politely informed her to wait momentarily as the item had already been keyed into the system, requiring a brief delay.

However, the situation took a violent turn as the customer lost her temper, physically assaulting the cashier in the face before abruptly leaving the store. The victim was left with a bruise on her face as a result. Prior to the assault, the customer was observed making a phone call, and shortly after, her husband arrived at the scene.

Reports indicate that the victim, who was visibly pregnant, was subjected to the assault without any provocation. Concerned netizens who came across the incident expressed outrage and urged authorities to take swift action against the assailant.
