The Health Director-General, Datuk Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah posted on his Facebook today (March 30) that the rabies outbreak that was declared since July 31, 2017, is back.
With a new rabies case on humans in Sarawak, it is the first confirmed case this year and was the 23rd case since the declaration of the outbreak, as the last reported case was November 8, 2019.
He too included the information regarding rabies in his posting.
