In the village of Kampung Penan Muslim in Bintulu, a father of a special toddler had expressed his fervent desire to meet with the one and only TDPA Agong and Tuanku Permaisuri for them to see his beloved child at least once in her lifetime.
Meet Missclyen Anak Roland: a remarkable 2-year-old soul who has captured the hearts of many. Adik Missclyen was born with a rare and unique condition known as Congenital Generalized Hypertrichosis (CGH) syndrome, which covers her face and body in a soft, delicate coat of fur.
The YDPA Agong and Queen, as part of the Kembara Kenali Borneo series, recently graced Bintulu with their presence. For this loving father and his precious daughter, this was the chance they had been waiting for.
Their story had already touched the hearts of many Malaysians when it was featured in Majalah 3 a year ago. Missclyen's unique condition and her parents' unwavering love and dedication had made a lasting impression on the nation.
As fate would have it, upon seeing the adorable toddler, the King and Queen couldn't resist the urge to approach her. Their warm and heartfelt greetings to her parents conveyed a sense of deep understanding and compassion. The Queen, in a touching moment, gently cradled Missclyen and showered her with affection.
In a heartfelt gesture, both the King and Queen referred to the toddler as "anak syurga," which translates to "a child from heaven." These endearing words not only highlighted how cherished Missclyen is by many but also resonated with people nationwide.
