With most travel restrictions for tourists to Japan now lifted, the Japanese Meteorological Corporation (JMC) has released a forecast for when the country will be blanketed in pink-and-white flowers from cherry blossoms.
The infamous season in Japan will be alive and thriving from the end of March this year, till May, and we think it's time...
In 2023, the iconic flowers are expected to bloom at or earlier than normal across northern and eastern Japan, and later in Western Japan.
