1. Honey Garlic Chicken
Ingredients:
1. Chicken breasts
2. Corn starch/fried chicken coating mix
3. Salt and pepper
4. Butter
5. Minced garlic
6. Honey
7. Soy Sauce
8. Red/green chillies (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cut chicken breasts into cubes then dredge them in either corn starch + salt and pepper or fried chicken coating mix.
2. Fry until golden brown.
3. In a bowl, add honey, soy sauce and minced chillies. Mix them together.
4. Melt butter in a pan and pour the sauce ingredients.
5. Add the chicken and let it simmer until thick and sticky.
2. Honey Lemon Chicken
Ingredients:
1. Chicken breast/thighs
2. Corn starch/fried chicken coating mix
3. Minced ginger and garlic
4. Red pepper flakes/minced chillies
5. Soy sauce
6. Honey
7. Lemon juice and lemon zest
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken into cubes, coat with corn starch/coating mix and fry until crispy.
2. Add honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, corn starch, soy sauce and water together in a bowl and mix.
3. Toss some minced garlic and ginger in a pan.
4. Add the chicken together with the sauce.
5. Stir until sauce is thickened.
3. Garlic Butter Shrimp
Ingredients:
1. Large shrimps
2. Chicken broth
3. Minced garlic and shallot
4. Lemon (according to taste)
5. Salt and black pepper
6. Cayenne pepper, rosemary, thyme (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, add shrimps, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Coat evenly.
2. Heat oil in a pan, and add shallot. After a few minutes, add the shrimps and cook for 1 minute before turning over. Then, add broth and garlic.
3. Remove pan from heat and zest the lemon. Then, pour lemon juice over the pan.
4. Garnish with lemon wedges, rosemary and thyme.
4. Creamy Garlic Pasta
Ingredients:
1. Any kind of pasta
2. Butter
3. Flour
4. Garlic
5. Chicken broth
5. Full cream milk
6. Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. To make the sauce, mix butter with flour.
2. Add garlic and chicken broth into the mix.
3. Pour in the full cream milk and let it thicken.
4. Add pasta and your preferred meat and veggies.
5. Teriyaki Chicken And Broccoli
Ingredients:
1. Broccoli (fresh/frozen)
2. Diced chicken breasts
3. Minced garlic
4. Soy sauce
5. Rice vinegar
6. Brown sugar
7. Starch
8. Vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, corn starch, and water together.
2. Blanch broccoli if you're using fresh ones. Transfer into an ice bath after a couple of minutes. (skip this step for frozen broccoli)
3. Fry diced chicken breasts with vegetable oil in a skillet till golden brown.
4. Add the sauce and stir until it thickens.
