A 3-month-old toddler escaped a horrific car accident at Senai-Desaru Highway, after being thrown out of the vehicle due to the collision impact. A Nissan Almera had lost control and skidded against the road dividers, causing it to flip upside down. Unfortunately, the mother did not survive.
Another victim of the accident (the driver) suffered only minor injuries. According to the Operations Commander from Johor Jaya Fire and Rescue Station (BBP), Senior Fire Officer II MK Haridas; they were on their way from Johor Bahru to Bandar Penawar, Kota Tinggi.
The toddler was immediately sent to Sultan Ismail Hospital Johor Bahru for further treatment. (Source: Berita Harian)
