ICYMI: 'Single's Inferno' Is Back for Season 2 to Heat Up Your Day
For us mere mortals, working out is something you do because it's good for your health – or for that delicious steam room gossip. But for the chiseled athletes, fitness instructors and actual Olympians of Physical: 100, fitness is a way of life. In Netflix's first Korean reality survival series, 100 contestants in peak physical shape compete in a series of grueling tests of strength and endurance with the hope of being the sole survivor of the fittest. Now when we say "peak physical shape," we're not talking your average Gatorade-pounding gym bro. Over nine episodes, these brawny demigods who tout an unreal amount of strength will go head-to-head, faced with challenges such as dangling from a bar suspended above a pool to Ssireum – a traditional form of Korean wrestling. So before you step into the ring, here's everything you can expect from Physical: 100.
