Baking is undeniably fun, but it also undeniably needs many specialty tools, especially an oven. However, when more and more people without ovens discover the love of baking, comes more and more recipes to bake a cake without an oven. A mousse cake is one of them and today's one is a chocolate lover's heaven. Let's have a look at how to make one of these melting delights!
Ingredients:
- 210g Yoghurt
- 70g Chocolate
- 15g Gelatine Sheet
- 15g 0-Calorie Sweetener / Sugar
- 250g Whipping Cream
Steps:
1. Soften the gelatine sheet in cold water.
2. Add the softened gelatine, chocolate, and sweetener/sugar into a bowl.
3. Melt it by placing the whole bowl in hot water, mix evenly.
4. Add the yoghurt into the mixture and mix evenly.
5. Whisk up the whipping cream and add it to the mixture, mix evenly.
6. Pour the mixture into a mould and refrigerate it overnight.
7. Sprinkle with cocoa powder as you like and you're done!
If you really think about it, once you have the ingredients in hand, there's nothing much left besides mixing and more mixing. It's pretty easy to get the mousse cake done and most importantly, you don't need an oven!
