Alex Andro de Souza Mota, 30 was stabbed in the neck with a sharpened toothbrush, and the victims' heart was also reportedly carved out of his chest and put in a container. However, the mutilation didn't end there. When the prison guards found Alex's body the next morning, they found that his penis had been hacked off and stuffed in his mouth.
Alex Andro de Souza Mota was put behind bars for raping his five-year-old stepdaughter. The case is currently under investigation.
