ICYMI: WATCH: Thats Harassment! Prank TikToker Faces Backlash For Inappropriately Touching McD Customers Over Boycott
Are young people nowadays so shameless? How dare a 19-year-old with no work experience ask for a salary of RM5k?
Recently, a man posted on social media, sharing his experience of encountering a strange job applicant, which sparked heated discussion among netizens.
Yuan Po released a screenshot of the WhatsApp conversation and learned that the other party was a 19-year-old kid born in 2005. As soon as he came up, he said, "Hi, I want to work? " After Yuan Po politely replied "Hi" , he asked the other party for personal information and resume.
It is reported that Yuan Po wanted to hire a full-time editor/photographer, but the other person did not have any work experience. Yuan Po asked the other person if he had relevant experience in editing or photography. The 19-year-old boy replied: "Does it count if I shoot TikTok myself? "
The original poster asked for a sample, but the other party refused and only cared about the salary. At this point, the original poster still politely replied: "Our salary will be between RM2000-RM5000 based on experience."
Unexpectedly, the kid said: "5,000 is okay?" (What do you think? )
Netizens all think this young man has a very problematic attitude!
Yuan Po said that this is not the first time he has encountered this kind of job seeker, and it is really a headache...
This kind of job-hunting attitude is unacceptable. At least write "Hi, I'm here to apply for XXX". When you write a hi saying that I want to work, do you think the recruiter is your friend? Politeness is important!
