In a brawl that broke out yesterday at a gas station in Telok Mas, Melaka, a restaurant server was physically assaulted for merely trying to protect a friend who had been attacked by a group of gamers for refusing to play Mobile Legends, a popular mobile game.
The victim was urged to come to the location by his 22-year-old friend to settle a dispute between him and a couple of other individuals, as he refused to join them in playing the mobile game online. This happened at around 5 AM.
He was attacked by a total of 7 men and suffered a few injuries. All suspects have been arrested by police.
