Customer Appalled When He Caught His Grab Rider Drinking His Milo Through CCTV, Rider Eventually Suspended

In the world of food delivery, we've seen delivery riders caught on camera doing all sorts of peculiar and sometimes perilous things. That being said, a recent incident involving a Grab rider in Singapore has left one particular customer deeply unsettled.

Singaporean resident Hazique Hibri shared a disheartening experience in a TikTok video, shedding light on an occurrence that most people hope to avoid when ordering food delivery. Hazique had placed an order for a McDonald's meal, complete with a refreshing Milo drink. Just moments after the delivery reached his doorstep, he saw through his front entrance's CCTV that the Grab rider had helped himself to several sips from his Milo.

The video, recorded using what appears to be an intercom system at Hazique's apartment, unmistakably captured the delivery rider indulging in Hazique's beverage. Initially, Hazique assumed the rider had a separate drink order, but it quickly became apparent that the man had only one drink with him. According to Hazique, the cup he received from the rider was noticeably damp, particularly near the lid.

When Hazique confronted the rider regarding his actions, he received neither an apology nor an acknowledgment of wrongdoing. In response, Hazique promptly reached out to Grab and received a full refund for his order. Local news outlets in Singapore later confirmed that the rider responsible for the incident has been banned from the platform.
