The bizarre video of a man aggressively threatening and interfering with the duties of an enforcement officer of the Kuala Selangor Municipal Council (MPKS) has now made its rounds on social media.
Although he's no match against the buff enforcement officer, the skinny man didn't hold himself back in throwing verbal insults and against the officer, and even provoked a physical fight, as seen in the video.
It is understood that the man was being summoned for an offense, which he took offense to. As cool as a cucumber, the enforcement officer stayed still and did not respond to any of his provocation, which shows a high level of training. We' re impressed!
Netizens condemned the actions of the alleged thug and called for the police to take immediate action, in order to teach him a lesson.
