Kuala Lumpur: The wrist of a factory was crushed after getting stuck on a dough rolling machine at a factory in Jinjang here, today.
Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) Operations Commander, Che Mohamad Azwan Che Rahim said, his department received an emergency call at 1.44pm and eight members and a machine were deployed to the location.
"As soon as we arrived at 1.52pm, we found the victims right hand in his 20s stuck on the dough rolling machine."
"We managed to remove his hand at 2.08pm using special equipment," he said in a statement.
According to him, during that time, the victim was conscious.
The victim was then handed over to medical staff for treatment.
