A truck driver and his colleague reported encountering a tiger while driving on the Gua Musang-Jeli road in the Bukit Meranto area. Che Fiti Zulhilmi Che Leh, 22, and Mohd Amir Saari, 25, spotted the tiger at around 4 PM while returning from Jeli to Gua Musang.
Earlier that morning, Che Fiti Zulhilmi had seen the tiger on the road and managed to capture pictures. In the evening, he recorded a video and shared it with local residents through WhatsApp. He urged caution among other road users and hoped that authorities would take swift action to ensure the safety of the area's residents.

Che Fiti Zulhilmi expressed concern that the presence of the tiger could lead to accidents if drivers on that route were startled and unable to avoid it. He had observed the tiger twice on the same day along the main road from Gua Musang to Jeli, raising the potential risk to residents.
The Director of Perhilitan Kelantan, Mohamad Hafid Rohani, confirmed receiving reports of the incident and stated that an investigation was underway.
