A video went viral a few days ago of a seemingly deranged man chasing after a woman on his motorbike before planting a kiss on her windshield.
The 26-year-old victim's recording captured the guy riding his motorbike close to her car and pestering her as she was driving home.
There are audible sobs from the victim as she begs the suspect to leave her alone. Before leaving the scene, the suspect is seen in the video recording kissing the victim's car windscreen.

According to Supt. Merbin Lisa, acting chief of Kuching police, the suspect was taken into custody on Monday night at around 7 p.m. after the police received a complaint from the victim.
Police also confiscated the suspect's motorbike.
"In accordance with Sections 509 of the Penal Code (for insulting a woman's modesty) and Section 28 of the Sarawak Minor Offences Ordinance 1957 (for unruly behaviour in public), we have begun an investigation paper."
"If found guilty, the suspect may receive a jail sentence, a fine, or both," he stated.
Merbin claimed that the suspect had two prior records involving drugs and property offences.The suspect, who is receiving psychiatric care in the hospital, is reportedly mentally unstable.
The police chief urged people to refrain from making assumptions about the case while it is still being investigated. He stated that the Sarawak Director of Prosecution would be contacted about the case.
