In the video, the man can be observed inhaling a substance from a white plastic bag, only to realize that he was being recorded. It appears that the trishaw rider was already affected by the drug, as he seemed disoriented and struggled to maintain his balance while gesturing disapproval toward the person filming him.

Although the precise location of the incident was not specified, indications from the road sign and the video's surroundings suggest it likely occurred in Penang. Many netizens criticized the trishaw rider for his audacity to engage in such behaviour in broad daylight.
