Speedy Video Distributors Sdn Bhd has announced on Facebook that it will close all its retail outlets in Malaysia.

Besides, it also listed 14 of its remaining stores and these stores will be offering said sales.

Since 1989, Speedy is famous for its sole rights to publish from major Hollywood studios through its 92 stores.
In 1999, Speedy opened its flagship store in the Mid Valley Megamall of Kuala Lumpur.
However, that store closed in September 2019 with the increasing availability of high-speed broadband, satellite TV, and streaming websites that turning more people to their computer screens.
