A blaze that erupted earlier today on Pulau Ketam, Selangor, wreaked havoc on several Class C residential houses, reducing them to ashes. The incident unfolded at approximately 1 PM and quickly escalated, resulting in the destruction of not only homes but also three fishing boats.
As the flames raged on, an emergency call was placed to the fire department and rescuers at precisely 1:19 PM. Responding promptly to the distress call, a team of firefighters, including dedicated volunteers, rushed to the scene. The Pulau Ketam Police Station also joined forces to assist in managing the situation.

UPDATE: the fire was successfully extinguished around 2:30 in the afternoon, and no injuries have been reported so far.
