Eat As Much As You Want | Simple & Yummy Homemade Mala Hot Pot

Isn't the mala hotpot very expensive even it comes in just a small portion? 

Here's the good news for you! Actually, you can make a mala hotpot that tastes exactly like the one from the restaurant at home! 

What you need to do is just to follow the recipe below. 

Ingredients: Variety of frozen meatballs, seafood, mushrooms, your favourite vegetables, green onions, sliced ​​ginger, garlic slices, dried chilli, bay leaf, pepper, mala hot pot seasoning

Seasonings: soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, white sesame, coriander

Steps

1. Clean the meatballs, mushrooms, seafood, and vegetables. Drain them for later use.

2. Add some oil into a pot. Fry garlic, ginger, garlic slices, dried chillies, bay leaves, pepper and spicy pot seasonings until it becomes fragrant!

3. Pour all the ingredients into the pot and stir fry them.

4.  Add the prepared seasoning sauce and stir fry with the ingredients for about 3 minutes until each ingredient is evenly dipped in the sauce.

5. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds and coriander. Finally, a homemade version of the mala hot pot is completed!
