Prepare to be shocked and disgusted by the revolting condition of a rental house captured in a video shared by a seasoned real estate agent. 

The video showcases a room piled high with heaps of trash on tables and beds. When contacted, the experienced agent revealed that this horrifying incident took place in one of her properties located in Johor Bahru.

In disbelief, she expressed, "This tenant didn't have any issues during their tenancy, but they left the house in such a deplorable state. Even though I have encountered worse situations before, such as finding soiled diapers with faeces, or tenants running away without paying rent, this level of filth is still beyond comprehension."

Having been in the real estate industry for eight years, the agent admitted to becoming accustomed to feeling nauseated every time she stepped into problematic units. She emphasized that while she understands that some tenants may be unwilling to clean, she hoped they wouldn't leave her with such repulsive conditions. 

She added, "Feeling disgusted upon entering a house is normal, but it shouldn't go to the extent of losing one's appetite. Leaving behind a cluttered and dirty house is simply unacceptable."

The agent shared even more appalling incidents, recounting cases where tenants left behind wet and rotting items that emitted an unbearable stench.

She wondered how long she had to endure being trapped inside such an unpleasant environment. She stressed that if tenants couldn't afford the rent or disliked the house, they should at least refrain from creating such a mess, stating, "Leaving your clothes slightly damp is manageable, but the repulsive behaviour becomes burdensome when you leave everything in such a state. Cleaning up after them is another headache."

Addressing the common perception that men are dirtier, the agent shared a different perspective. She mentioned encountering terrible situations with female tenants who left roti canai and wet food on the mattress, as well as fishbone remnants visible. 

She had also dealt with messy single male occupants and even entire families – husband, wife, and children who proved to be equally unclean.
