KLIA’s Skybridge Ceiling Collapses Due To Bad Weather, No Injuries Reported

25-Oct-2023
By Ayunie

Yesterday evening, a section of the ceiling at Skybridge Departure Level 3 in KLIA Terminal 2 collapsed, owing to bad weather conditions. However, Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) reassured that no injuries were reported during the incident, and prompt rectification works are currently in progress.

MAHB advises all airport users to steer clear of the cordoned-off zone for their own well-being.

In a proactive approach to ensure passenger convenience and support, Airport CARE Ambassadors stated that they are readily available to assist anyone requiring guidance or assistance.
