All of us grew up watching Disney cartoons like Snow White and The Seven Dwarves, Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Mulan and many more. For so many years, Disney has been remaking these classic stories into live-action movies that each did a right job for the company. With that amount of success, Disney is now said to be developing another live-action movie that may be based on its 2010 huge hit, “Tangled”, with Ashleigh Powell (The Nutcracker and the Four Realms) writing the script.
As usual, the news has sparked an instant surge in speculation about the casting. Who would be playing the role of our lovely Princess Rapunzel?
Excited by the idea of a live-action remake, “Tangled” fans who now have their eyes on the casting think that there is only one option for this: Amanda Seyfried. This is due to her gorgeously long blonde hair and big, bright eyes that always remind people of the Disney Princess.
As Disney is reportedly trying to get in touch with Seyfried, it seems like there is a high chance to see the MamaMia star playing a role in the remake of this adventurous cartoon based on a German fairy tale.
Amanda Seyfried started her career as an actress at the age of 11. She has had lead roles in quite a number of successful films, which include “Mean Girls” and “MamaMia! Here We Go Again”. Probably in the near future, Princess Rapunzel in “Tangled” will be just another successful role of hers.
