The government of Malaysia has introduced a Covid-19 special aid fund on 17th March last year, however many are still not aware of it.
According to the official website, the aid, known officially as COVID-19 NADMA Death Management Special Assistance; is a one-off assistance up to a maximum rate of RM 5,000 given to the next of kin of the deceased who passed related to COVID-19 virus infection (death due to COVID-19 or death with COVID-19).
