Chocolate lava cake seems to be difficult to make. However, you can do it easily as long as you follow the recipe below!
Ingredients: 100g butter, 100g dark chocolate, 150g brown sugar, 3 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 50g plain flour, a moderate amount of ice-cream
Steps:
1. Heat the oven to 200°C. Prepare 6 dariole moulds, coat them with butter, and place them on the baking tray.
2. Put the butter and dark chocolate into a heat-resistant bowl. Then, place it on a pot of hot water and stir until it is melted. After it has melted, set it aside and wait for 15 minutes to cool.
3. Pour the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and plain flour. Stir them well, divide and pour into 6 darioles.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, so that the top of the cakes is slightly hard but the centre is not fully cooked.
5. Let it cool after baking. Use a knife to slowly get the cakes out of the darioles. Put them on plates, and place a scoop of ice cream on top as topping.
This recipe can make 6 cakes, but even one person can eat so many because a small cake is not enough!
