The life of a gold shop saleswoman was threatened after receiving a package of mysterious boxes along with threatening notes wanting to splash his face with acid, last Monday.

In addition to a hand-shaped object with traces of red liquid, the suspect threatened to injure the 29-year-old woman and her family.

North Klang District Deputy Chief of Police, Superintendent Mohd. Khairi Shafie said the package was received by courier at the victim’s house in Jalan Kampung Saim, at about 6.30pm.

He said the black package contained a threatening note from the mysterious individual.

The note stated:

‘Ko ingat ko melalak macam a***g tu best sangat ke s*l. Klu aku nmpak ko melalak lg asid sampai kat muka ko dgn kawan2 ko sekali’.

"Besides that, the suspect threatened to burn down the house of the victim's parents and the message would injure them," he said in a statement today.

Mohd. Khairi stated that the woman claimed that the courier box also contained a hand-shaped objects with traces of red liquid.

"Besides that, the victim received a WhatsApp message mixed with pornography and threats from an unknown number the next day. 

"Fearing for her safety, the victim came forward to lodge a police report for further action," he said.

He said, his party opened an investigation paper according to Section 507 of the Penal Code.

"We have called the woman to record evidence and assist in the investigation.

"Police are also trying to trace the sender of the parcel and the owner of the telephone number," he said.

In this regard, Mohd. Khairi called on the public to stop such immoral acts which are illegal and could cause public outrage.
