A question regarding this recognition was raised on yesterday (April 16) daily media conference updates on Malaysia's COVID-19 situation. It was shared by a Twitter user (@shukery_azizan) on Twitter that a media, seemingly from Harian Metro asked the following question:
"What is the significance to Datuk and MoH on Datuk's recognition as the world's top 3 health directors?"

This question was asked unexpectedly. Dr. Noor Hisham, known for his calmness and humble, here's how he responded:
"This recognition is not for me, but it is for the NATION. In MoH, we work as a team, and we could only provide advice. It is the Malaysian Prime Minister who is making the decision and enforcing it."
Not only he is being humble of this recognition, he further complimented all front liners, including the army and health workers, not forgetting to mention all ministries and cooperative Malaysians.
That's the kind of humble spirit this man possesses that won the hearts of all Malaysians. Thank you, Dr. Noor Hisham!
