Ah, February! We all know that McDonald's comes up with new and exciting line ups all the time so that we have something unique to try every time we enter the golden arches. With the lunar new year just around the corner, McDonald's has done just that, and introduced a wacky new burger with scrumptious deserts to try out as well! This time around, they have really experimented out of the box with their meals. We tried out their promotional items and enjoyed each and every single bite we took!

#1. Spicy Chicken with Apple Slices

We all know that McDonald's makes a good ol' spicy chicken patty. It's crispy, juicy, and goes great with their soft buns, with that delicious sauce, of course. But this time around, they decided to do something really funky and added apple slices into the mix! Surprised? Well, so were we!

The burger comes with their signature soft buns, lettuce, spicy chicken patty, apple slices and black pepper mayo sauce. They put around 5 slices right on top of the patty, covered with the sauce. The apple slices themselves taste crunchy and fresh. A good solid bite with all these ingredients will give you a very spicy and tangy kick. The chicken patty gives a savory taste, and the tartness of the apple slices will introduce an exciting sour tingle to the whole mix. The sauce goes well with the burger and gives a gentle heat.

#2. Twister Fries

McDonald's burgers always go great with their signature french fries! This month's menu comes with their twister fries, and we tried it out. The fries are always tasty, and this time as well, they match up perfectly with the burger.

#3. Chocolate & Pretzel Bits McFlurry
What better way to end a meal at McDonald's than with their deserts! We checked out their menu and couldn't wait to try the new Chocolate & Pretzel Bits McFlurry and their Orange Custard Pie. The advertisement looked so attractive!

Their ice cream was simply divine, incredibly sweet and the chocolate gives it such a wonderful rich taste. The addition of pretzel bits is an interesting introduction and it works really well. The creamy chocolate ice cream with the occasional crunch from the pretzels is really nice, and it is a welcome taste. All-in-all, this new McFlurry was a delectable treat that you really should try out.

#4. Orange Custard Pie

The pie was really yummy as well. McDonald's has come up with multiple different pies that have a creamy filling. This time around, they introduced orange into it, and the combination is spectacular. It is not too sour, and the creamy filling helps with that. It is also notable that the crust is quite thin, and there is a lot of delicious filling inside that will come oozing out as soon as you bite in. Be sure to have a tissue handy!
