A Thai parent tied their two boys tightly to a chair with a rope to keep them focus on online classes.
School lessons are forced to be moved to online mode due to the Covid-19 crisis. Many students are unable to focus on the position and attend the online class properly and cause parents to blow their minds on how to settle them down.
According to Sinchew, a Thai parent who watched over their two children on the online classes posted a post on the Facebook page recently, revealing the ‘trick’ of making the children focus on the class which is tied them to the chairs.
The parent shared a few photos showing that the two boys were firmly tied to the chair, the ankles were fixed to the feet of the chair, and the waist was fixed to the backrest. You can tell that the whole body could hardly move except for the hands and head.

The parent also explained the reason for this, saying that the 2 boys were walking around during the online classes and made them out of no choice. In order to let them listen to the class carefully, the parents had to turn over the box and find a way to use rope and fix them on the chair.
The parent hopes that the Covid-19 pandemic could be lifted as soon as possible and that both the teaching system and students would be resume usual.
However, the post has brought to some controversial issues that some of them think it is funny, but some netizens disagree with the action as it is inappropriate. This action might make the children feel worse and uncomfortable in another way. Besides, this approach may even involve child abuse too.
