So, because of the economic stimulus package, many of us are fortunate enough to be able to receive the Bantuan Prihatin Nasional (BPN) aid. However, some approved recipients don’t seem to have received the money yet.
Following this, the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) has urged those approved recipients to update their bank account information before April 30, so that the aid “transferred directly to the registered bank account in May,” New Straits Times reported.
“The updating of bank account information should be done by April 30 to enable the BPN payment to be credited into the account in May,” according to the LHDN’s statement on Monday (April 13).
