ICYMI: WATCH: 'Failure Symbol' Who Failed STPM Twice Was Praised By Former School Teacher
Elephants appear to perform "quality control" on fences connected to the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project, according to a TikTok video that has surfaced.
The video, which was uploaded by user @mr_chezz91, shows two riders riding elephants wandering through a fenced area. Then, one elephant is shown toppling a structure with ease.
The experiment is a component of ECRL's animal conflict management initiatives, according to a source with knowledge of the project.
Elephants could interfere with the project's alignment, thus it is intended to evaluate how well the barrier keeps them out of specific regions.
More than 148,300 people have watched the film, and many internet users have found amusement in the elephants, whom they have characterised as hard workers. There were many who doubted the fence's ability to withstand mature elephants.
