Yim Heng Fatt, a Malaysian man, has just left netizens in awe when he shared a video of him running a full marathon indoor, only taking a break to eat, shower and rest, during the Movement Control Order (MCO). He began the run on April 4 and ran a total of 263 km before 'crossing' the finish line on April 7.
Malay Mail reported that "Yim wanted to prove that it’s possible for runners to stay active from the safety of their homes during the MCO, even if it might not be as efficient as running outdoors."
Running indoor "wasn't the easiest", but Yim listed some advantages of doing it at home. "The ability to control the weather" and "virtually run naked" were among the advantages.
