The name list of the China medical consultant experts team was announced yesterday by China Embassy In Malaysia's Facebook yesterday (April 17).
It was learned that these 8 medical experts have arrived in Kuala Lumpur this afternoon (April 18). They will be sharing their experiences on combating the COVID-19 with us, according to the report by Sin Chew Daily.
China Embassy In Malaysia disclosed in its Facebook that these medical experts were welcomed and greeted by China's Ambassador to Malaysia H.E. Bai Tian, and the representative of the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

Bai Tian pointed out that the medical team will be staying here for 2 weeks. Throughout their stay, they will be communicating with the MoH, healthcare organizations, public health experts and medical staff from all over the country, in order to provide thoughtful information in battling against COVID-19.
"Since the outbreak of the COVID-19, the Malaysian government and all sectors of society have provided valuable support and help for China to successfully fight the disease. Viruses know no borders, anti-epidemic is the common battle of all mankind, and only unity could be the answer to it," he added.

He, too, revealed that the medical team was the elites, selected by China and some of them had the experience of heading to Hubei to fight the pandemic.
"We have full confidence in Malaysia in fighting against the COVID-19 and are sincerely looking forward to Malaysia’s victory," he disclosed, as reported by Sin Chew Daily.
The head of the medical team, Dr. Li Jun too mentioned that he felt very touched by Malaysia’s warm welcome.
"We’ve come here in the spirit of China’s hospitality towards Malaysia. We will make full use of our time in Malaysia and do what we can to assist Malaysia in fighting COVID-19 together,” he added, as posted by the China Embassy In Malaysia's Facebook.
