Just today, traffic has been reported to be congested on highways heading towards the east coast and south of Kuala Lumpur.
Despite the inter-district & interstate travel ban, some irresponsible citizens figured they might elude police roadblocks and return to their respective hometowns.
Earlier today, our Health DG, Noor Hisham retweeted his concern over the matter.
On top of that, there were sightings of panic-buying nationwide with some pictures surfacing on Twitter.
The crowd at a vaccination centre in PWTC also showed no one practising social-distancing.
To make things worse, the nation was shaken up with 9, 020 new cases reported today, making it the highest record since the pandemic hit our country. Plus, 98 new deaths were recorded as well.
Not long ago, #KerajaanGagal hit the trending list on Twitter for the government's ineffectiveness in handling the surge of new COVID-19 cases.
However, today, some selfish Malaysians might have gone to fail themselves and everyone else in the country.
